Rooms have been renovated in Spring 2020 while keeping the charm and authenticity of this very nice hotel. Bathroom is super clean, with beautiful Italian shower. Room is very well decorated, warm and authentic with natural materials. Fabulous view on the bay. Staff is extremely dedicated and caring. I will definitely come back !!

Swimming pool is a true relaxing area in alternative to the beach both warf on the sea or sandy beach for youngers.

Overall the staff isn't very kind, one in particular told my mum she was an incompetent when parking the car in the garage. The lady at the breakfast buffet judges what you eat for breakfast.
The rooms aren't at all like shown in the pictures and the floors hadn't been cleaned when I walked in, there were hairs everywhere.
Cleanliness and service are very poor
We stayed here in July 2021 and it was our worst hotel experience ever! We booked a room with seaview that hadn't fully been refurbished, but looked already quite nice. Upon arrival we were given a VERY old room, with a VERY outdated bathroom. The actual room wasn't at all the same as the room advertised on Booking.com. When voicing our disappointment they weren't understanding at all. The staff in general was very unhelpful; not informing us about the breakfast closing at 10am (we only noticed when arrriving at 10:05), the parking being €20/night, etc. We were give the full bill and none of our concerns were taken into account. We're definitely never coming back here!
